North East Medical Services Polk Street Clinic San Francisco, CA

K2A converted an existing historic automotive repair garage building to a medical clinic. The exterior façade was preserved and rebuilt as per historic preservation planning requirements, while the foundation, walls and roof were replaced, and a new mezzanine constructed for staff areas.  The clinic includes six exam rooms, nursing stations, blood laboratory, restrooms, reception and waiting area.
