Sonoma County’s Farmhouse Inn updated its image to create a fresh and contemporary country personality for their restaurant and guest accommodations. K2A’s initial project with the Inn includes interior design for the restaurant, along with renovation of the house and cottage suites, individualized in palette and furnishing.
Building on the successes of this wine country retreat, K2A developed the expansion to include eight new luxury suites and a guest services building. Overnight guests are greeted in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere, with lounge seating adjoining an indoor/outdoor fireplace. The relocation of the Farmhouse Inn’s guest services area into its own building provides a relaxed and elegant first impression for guests upon check-in. The new ‘Barn’ offers plush accommodations in a rustic setting; each bedroom suite includes spa amenities, soaking tub, and private balcony with an indoor/outdoor fireplace. The guest services building also provides a meeting area for guests, internet access and a gift shop.
